About The Club!

The East Aurora Bird Club

The East Aurora Bird Club was founded in 1958 by a group of people who had been involved in nature study and birding in East Aurora, NY. The club's purpose is to promote interest in the study of birds, and encourage environmental awareness and conservation of habitat.

A schedule of birding trips is developed every 6 months, with members sharing responsibilities for arranging details. Birding outings visit sites such as Tifft Nature Preserve, Iroquois Wildlife Refuge, Niagara River, Grand Island and Canada. The schedule includes informal restaurant meetings / luncheons, a summer pot luck, and a Christmas party.

Remember.. birders of all ages and experience levels are welcome!
